Licensed in another state as a social worker or marriage & family therapist? Many states will accept CEs for Social Workers & MFTs if that workshop has approved status from another state. Additionally, we have national approval for all our courses NBCC. Many states NBCC approved workshops for social workers, but please check your specific state rules & regulations. For events that are approved for psychology CEs, these may also meet the criteria for Social Workers and MFTs in your state. Please note: It is the participant's responsibility to check with their individual state boards to verify CE requirements for their state.
Application for social work continuing education credits have been submitted. We apply for CEs for psychologists with our new APA approved co-sponsor. Newsletters and our website will be updated when applications are reviewed. Please feel free to contact us for the status of social work and psychologist CE accreditation approval status.
Participants MUST attend 100% of the program to earn the CEs approved. Check the webpage for each program to determine which professions are approved for continuing education credits. In general, we offer credit for licensed social workers, mental health counselors, psychologists, and marriage & family therapists, not always all of these professions for every event. Each professional is responsible for the individual requirements as stipulated by their licensing agency. Please contact your individual licensing board/regulatory agency to review continuing education requirements for licensure renewal if you have questions.
CE certificates or information to download your CE certificate will be provided within three weeks of the event after you are fully paid and have completed the evaluation form in which you attest that you attended the training in full. Participants will be required to sign in for attendance taking purposes. Attendance at the training will be monitored in live and online settings. Keeping your camera on is a requirement for earning CEs at events that are live on Zoom unless you make arrangements ahead of time due to extreme circumstances. Your full and complete attention and presence is required to enhance the learning milieu for all and meet CE requirements.
PLEASE NOTE:
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE OUR CE APPROVALS MEET THE QUALIFICATIONS OF YOUR STATE LICENSING BOARD.
